King-Bruwaert House in Burr Ridge recently completed new, expanded second floor assisted living suites that offer a variety of amenities and conveniences. Only one unit remains available in the new Bridge suites that are centrally located within the building, close to an elevator, and steps away from a bright and comfortable sitting area and observation room that overlooks our rear terrace. The suites feature modern kitchenettes with beautiful white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and light quartz countertops. Custom millwork is featured throughout the units. Spacious bathrooms with no-lip shower entries also include generous storage areas. The suites offer a beautiful view of our scenic, wooded setting.
Several openings are also now available for our recently constructed Carrington Hall assisted living suites that are located on the first and second floors of our historic Manor home. Carrington Hall suites include private bathrooms, kitchenettes and in-unit washer-dryers in bright, light-focused settings with picturesque views.
For all assisted living residential options at KBH, services include daily meals at two dining venues, weekly housekeeping, laundry service, bed linen changes, trash removal, scheduled transportation, social and spiritual services, individualized care plans, and a variety of daily activities, including fitness classes. An on-site medical clinic staffed by certified geriatricians is available year-round for those seeking convenient appointments and services. Short- and long-term rehabilitation and physical therapy services are also located on-site with referrals from physicians and specialists.
King-Bruwaert House maintains a long history in the community and is located on a tranquil 35-acre campus that brings year-round enjoyment with seasonal colors and changes.
