This friendly neighborhood of 31 homes has a unique location next to the beautiful Ruth Lake Country Club in Hinsdale. Some of the homes border the golf course, while others surround a scenic, tree-lined pond that offers year-round enjoyment. A convenient pedestrian path borders the pond, attracting residents and neighbors to gather for daily or weekly walks or casual conversations.

Godair Park residents pay a monthly rental fee to live in a two-bedroom, maintenance-free duplex home featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two full baths, spacious living/dining area, central heating and air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer plus an attached garage with a storage area. Several homes feature additional living space for entertaining or special use.

A full-time Resident Manager oversees both The Woods of King-Bruwaert and Godair Park communities and organizes social outings and seasonal activities. Our King-Bruwaert House Maintenance Department responds to all calls for independent residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
