Highlights of the initiative include resident-led sessions featuring topics like world affairs, literature, science, and art.
K-B House also collaborates with local professionals including historians, musicians, and educators and provide presentations and workshops by experts from universities, museums, performing arts groups, and independent scholars and speakers.

In addition to serving residents, K-B House opens select programs to older adults in the greater Hinsdale and Burr Ridge area. This outreach reflects K-B House’s broader mission to be a hub for lifelong learning and connection for older adults.
