Godair Park residents pay a monthly rental fee to live in a two-bedroom, maintenance-free duplex home featuring a fully equipped kitchen, two full baths, spacious living/dining area, central heating and air conditioning, in-unit washer and dryer plus an attached garage with a storage area. Several homes feature additional living space for entertaining or special use. Our King-Bruwaert House Maintenance Department responds to all calls for independent residents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
